About Me
I grew up as a competitive athlete and have played sports my entire life, which shaped the way I approach training today. I’m a Certified Medical Assistant and aspiring physician on the path to medical school, and I combine my background in athletics with my knowledge of anatomy, human movement, and exercise science. My training methodology is centered around progressive overload, proper movement mechanics, strength development, and intentional programming. I don’t believe in random workouts or spending hours in the gym. Every exercise, rep range, and progression should have a purpose based on the client’s goals and abilities. I focus heavily on resistance training to build muscle and strength while incorporating cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, corrective exercise, and functional movement when appropriate. I also emphasize proper form and understanding which muscles we’re targeting and why, so clients aren’t just following a workout, they’re learning how to train effectively. My goal is to create a sustainable approach where fitness adds to your life instead of consuming it, while still producing measurable results in strength, physique, confidence, and performance.
