About Me

WHO I’VE WORKED WITH AND WHY THAT MATTERS Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to coach a wide range of people with completely different bodies, goals, experiences, and challenges. I’ve worked with men and women, younger clients and older adults, beginners and experienced lifters. And one thing has stayed consistent: There is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. My experience includes working with clients who have wanted to: • Lose significant amounts of body fat and transform their physique • Build muscle and add lean mass • Lose substantial weight as part of their preparation for skin removal • Train while managing knee problems and ACL tears • Work around shoulder issues and other physical limitations • Prepare for bodybuilding • Develop the strength and conditioning needed for strongman • Train specifically for powerlifting • Build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with training These aren't all the same type of client and that's exactly the point. Someone trying to lose 100+ pounds needs a very different approach than someone preparing for a bodybuilding stage. Someone working around an ACL injury has different considerations than someone trying to maximize their squat for powerlifting. Someone who has never stepped foot in a gym needs something completely different from an experienced lifter chasing a new strength PR. Coaching isn't about handing everyone the same workout and hoping it works. It's about understanding the individual in front of you their history, their goals, their limitations, their lifestyle, and what they're ultimately trying to accomplish and then building the training and nutrition strategy around them. I've had the opportunity to coach across weight loss, muscle building, strength training, bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, and training around injuries and physical limitations. So whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, compete, or simply become the strongest and healthiest version of yourself, there's a good chance I've worked with someone who started in a place similar to yours. Your goal doesn't need to fit a template. Your coaching should fit you.
