About Me
I begin as a personal trainer because I went looking for answers nobody had. After facing plateaus mental blocks and not knowing how to best each my goal i realized where i was that i would need to teach myself. After getting my cert i put the knowledge to work. Having faced injuries from sports and improper movement and seeing the affect it had on life i decided I'd make it a mission to be the solution to a widespread problem. A problem that so often plagues the mind as much as the body.
