During my bulking days from 65-80 kgs, I had set my daily calorie intake at roughly 2800 calories per day. If you are a big boy to begin with, it's easy. But if you are a scrawny guy like I was, our stomachs are smaller to begin with. You cannot ingest such large amounts of food at once. So, in order to expand the stomach, you need to simply progress it like a muscle. Slow, daily overload. Most people gag and struggle trying to eat more. The trick is to eat quickly before your brain registers that you are eating something. Solid food is slow, so the solution is to add a carb dense, liquid meal right after you finish your solid meal.
Here is the recipe-
Ingredients-
Powdered Oats- 1.5 cup
Dates- 3-4 pcs
Milk 2 cups
Honey- as per taste
Almonds- 5-6 pcs
Cashews- 5-6 pcs
Raisins- 8-10 pcs
Instructions-
First, add dates, almonds, cashews, and raisins in a grinder and make a fine powder and keep aside in a bowl.
Then, add your oats and make a fine powder. Skip if you are using powdered oats to begin with.
Next, add the dry fruit powder in the oats and give it a spin. Now, add the milk gradually, not all at once and give it a few nice spins.
Add the honey and spin it for the last time.
Your bulk dessert is ready. Drink this straight after you have had your solid food. Do not add much milk or water, try to keep the consistency thick and creamy. Sending tasty, dense, carb-rich food to your stomach as soon as possible is the whole point.
