Week 4 is the ‘Peak Week’. Here, you take a day off after each session. Your primary objective is to push yourself as hard as possible to unlock and unleash your full potential. Workouts will consist only of compound exercises. The benchmark you set here will play a fundamental role in the upcoming months.
Week 5 — Now, you have proven yourself. It’s time to scale down the intensity, look back, and reassess. The week calls for customization and adaptation based on your individual weaknesses and strengths.
And if you want a kickstart, we can hop on a call to walk through the entire Week 1 routine together —breaking down the movement screens, checking your form on the mobility drills, and mapping out the perfect cardio pacing for your fitness level. It is a great way to clear up any confusion and make sure you are doing everything right from day one.
